Italian Easy Peel Garlic

A member of the Rocambole family, Italian Easy Peel Garlic (AKA Purple Stripe) is hardneck variety with an early harvest and a beautiful presentation. Easy to peel, this variety lives up to its name, making it a favorite for busy cooks. Well-known for their smooth flavor, Rocambole garlic varieties are generally sweeter and less sulfurous than Porcelains.
